Grilled pork loin, a simple and tasty option for barbecue. This is tender and completely lean meat. Be sure to choose only fresh and chilled meat for this dish. Then the result will definitely please you and the kebab from the loin will turn out to be tender and juicy.
Ingredients:
- Pork loin bone-in – 1 kg. (4-5 small steaks)
- Onions – 1 pc. medium size
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
- Zira ground- 1 tsp
- Ground coriander – 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper – a pinch
- Medium-ground salt – 1 tsp
Preparatory stage
1 The first step is to rinse and dry the loin. Next, cut it into portioned steaks along the ribs. Thus each piece remains one bone. Try to cut into pieces of the same thickness (1.5-2 cm) so that later they are evenly fried.
2 Mix all the spices and salt. Rub the loin pieces with the resulting mixture.
Cut the onion into cubes. Add it to the meat. Pour in vegetable oil and mix everything well.
Put the loin to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
The main stage of preparation
Place the marinated meat on the grill rack. Send it to be baked on a prepared grill.
Fry pork loin at medium temperature of charcoal until tender. From time to time it is necessary to turn the wire rack (or the meat itself) over so that the loin is fried evenly. The approximate cooking time is 20 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a knife – the juice should be clear.
It is very important not to overcook the meat, otherwise it will turn out dry.
After baking, you can give the meat a “rest”. Put it on a plate and cover with foil for 7-10 minutes. The main thing is to keep the meat warm. Eat kebab warm.
