Cheese Hot sandwiches are a good option for a delicious, fast and hearty breakfast.
Ingredients (for 2-3 servings):
- Toasty bread – 4 pieces.
- Eggs – 3 small (or 2 medium)
- Milk – 3 tbsp
- Butter – 20 grams.
- Cheese
- Dill, rucola (or other greens to taste)
- Salt – pinch
- Black ground pepper – pinch
1 Break the eggs into a deep plate. Add milk, black pepper and salt to them. Next, you need to mix everything thoroughly with a fork.
2 Now take a slice of toasted bread and dip it well into the mixture. At the same time, it should be soaked completely.
Put the bread on an already preheated pan with melted butter. I have four of these slices of bread in my frying pan. Fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
4 While the toast is fried, cut the cheese with rectangular plates. And put on each slice of 2 such records. Also, 2 pieces of cheese should be put under bread.
5 Reduce heat, cover the pan with foil (or lid) and fry for another 2 minutes. At the same time, the cheese should melt.
These cheese hot sandwiches are soft inside, with delicate melted cheese on top and with a crispy cheese crust at the bottom.
Cut the finished hot sandwiches lengthwise. As a result, two triangles are obtained, which are more convenient to eat. Put them on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. I also put arugula on top. Greens give the sandwiches freshness and flavor.
