  • Bree cheese – 150 g.
  • Baton (or toasted bread) – 4 slices
  • Eggs – 2 pieces.
  • Cranberry sauce (or fresh cranberry berries – 100 grams and gelling sugar – 50 grams) – 100 grams.
  • Butter – 20 grams.
  • Milk – 50 ml.
  • Salt – pinch

1 If you do not have a ready cranberry sauce – you can cook it yourself. It’s very easy to do. For the sauce we only need fresh cranberry berries and jelly sugar.

Put the crushed cranberries in the pan and add the gelling sugar there. Mix the berry with sugar. And we simmer them over low heat until they thicken. Do not forget to stir constantly. The approximate preparation of the sauce takes 15-20 minutes.

The resulting cranberry sauce before serving should be cooled.

2 Let’s start making sandwiches. We break the eggs into a deep plate. Pour milk there. Add salt and pepper and mix everything well with a fork.

3 Melt the butter in a frying pan. I also add a few sage leaves to the butter. They give the oil a pleasant aroma.

Dip a piece of loaf into the egg mixture

3 Fry the bread on one side until golden brown. Turn over to the other side and place a slice of Brie cheese on the already fried side. Now cover the pan with a lid and leave the sandwiches in it for a few more minutes to melt the cheese.

Ready hot sandwiches with Brie cheese just go well with cranberry or cranberry sauces. Melting delicate Brie cheese on soft toasted bread – it’s very tasty! And in combination with cranberry sauce – even tastier.
