Cucumber salad with tomatoes and black olives

If you, like me, are tired of the classic salad with tomatoes and cucumbers, I suggest preparing this interesting cucumber salad. The ingredients for its preparation will need the simplest, but the look and taste is unusual.

Cucumber salad with tomatoes and black olives

Ingredients:

  • Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes (fleshy) – 2-3 pcs.
  • Lettuce salad – 1 pc.
  • Black olives (best dried) – a handful
  • Dill – bunch
  • Cilantro – bunch
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Salt

Cooking process

Wash cucumbers and peel. Rub them on a medium grater. Drain the juice that stands out. Add garlic, passed through a press, to cucumbers. Also add finely chopped dill and cilantro to the resulting mass. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. The cucumber mixture should be quite salty, as we will not add additional salt to the tomatoes.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices 1 cm thick. Remove the seeds from the olives and cut into small pieces. Wash and dry lettuce well.

Place lettuce leaves and chopped tomatoes on a plate.

Spread cucumber mixture on top of each circle of tomato. Lay out the olives. Drizzle with vegetable oil (I use olive oil).
