Cooking process
1 In one bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
In a second bowl, lightly beat the egg and sugar. Add peanut butter, melted butter and milk to them. Mix everything well with a mixer or a whisk. Pour the resulting mixture into the first bowl with dry ingredients. Next, mix everything until smooth.
2 All that remains is to add chopped chocolate pieces or chocolate drops. Gently mix everything so that the chocolate is evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Pieces of chocolate can be replaced with melted chocolate.
3 Fill the molds with dough to 3/4 of the volume. We put in an oven preheated to 190 C(375 F) degrees. We bake muffins for 20-25 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a toothpick. The main thing is not to overexpose the muffins in the oven, otherwise they may turn out to be dry.
Ready-made chilled chocolate peanut butter muffins can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Store them in a tightly sealed container.
