Ingredients:
Patties:
- Ground chicken (or turkey) – 500 g
- Broccoli – 250 g
- Onion – 1 piece
- Eggs – 2 piece
- Flour
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves
- Oregano – 1 tsp
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
Sauce
- Greek yogurt – 5 tbsp
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Oregano – 1/2 tsp
- Mint – 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
Cooking Process
1. Finely chop the broccoli florets and dice the onion into small cubes.
2. In a bowl, combine the ground turkey (or chicken) with the chopped broccoli, diced onion, eggs, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well, then knead the mixture with your hands.
3. Shape the mixture into small patties, coating each one in flour on all sides.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side). Then, add a little water to the skillet, cover it, and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
5. While the patties are simmering, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with minced garlic, mint, oregano, pepper, and salt. Mix well and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Serve the chicken broccoli patties with the yogurt sauce.
