These turkey patties with zucchini and oat flakes will definitely win you over – they are incredibly tender and juicy!
Ingredients:
- Minced turkey – 500 g
- Zucchini – 200 g
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Oat flakes – 3 tbsp
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Granulated garlic – 1 tsp
- Parsley – 1 tsp
- Pepper
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
Cooking process
1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Grate the carrot using a coarse grater. Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
2. Mix the minced turkey, grated zucchini, oat flakes, egg, and spices. Add the previously cooled fried onion and carrot to the mixture. Mix well. Then it’s necessary to thoroughly knead the mixture (it’s best to do this with your hands).
Leave the resulting mixture for 15-20 minutes.
3. Shape small patties from the mixture. Roll each patty in flour. Fry them in a preheated pan with vegetable oil until golden brown (about five minutes on each side).
Pour a little water into the pan, cover with a lid, and simmer for 10 minutes. After this time, the turkey patties will be ready.
