Do you like broccoli? Then I suggest preparing a quick and delicious dish featuring this nutritious vegetable – a broccoli salad with bell pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes. This salad can confidently serve not only as an appetizer but also as a stand-alone dish.
Ingredients (for 2-3 servings):
- Broccoli – 3/4
- Bell pepper – 1 piece
- Farmer cheese (or feta, or Adyghe cheese) – 150g
- Sun-dried tomatoes – 70g
- Olives – 70gOlive oil
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Dried oregano – a pinch
- Salt – to taste
Cooking process
Separate broccoli into florets and place them in boiling water. Blanch them for two to three minutes. Then we remove them from the pot and let them cool. We can further divide the florets if desired.
Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut it into cubes.
Cut farmer cheese (or feta cheese) into cubes.
Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
You can cut the olives in half or leave them whole if they are small in size.
Arrange all the prepared ingredients on a plate. We add oregano. Season with salt to taste and preference. Carefully mix everything together. Dress our broccoli salad with olive oil (or oil from sun-dried tomatoes). Finally, if desired, you can add freshly ground black pepper.
The quantity and proportions of the ingredients can be adjusted according to personal taste.
Additionally, at the end, the finished salad can be sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
