Summer is the perfect time to cook vibrant dishes with berries and fruit! I love making a variety of salads and bruschettas with them. Previously, I have already shared recipes for such dishes: Bruschetta with cherries, bruschetta with raspberries; Strawberry salad; Apricot salad. Today, I’d like to invite you to try this original raspberry salad.

Ingredients:
- Cherry tomatoes (or other)
- Raspberry
- Lettuce (or Iceberg)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cilantro leaves
- Mint leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt
Cooking process
Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and dry them well. Tear them into pieces by hand and place them on a plate.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half or into small pieces. Place them on top of the lettuce. If you want the finished dish to look brighter and more eye-catching, use tomatoes of different colors.
Tear mozzarella balls with your hands into several pieces.

Finely chop the cilantro and mint leaves. Sprinkle them over the salad. Lightly salt and drizzle with olive oil.
It remains only to put raspberries and lightly pour balsamic sauce.
