Apricots Salad with Brie and walnuts is not only bright and beautiful, but also very tasty. Despite the fact that such a combination of products may seem very unusual at first glance, all the ingredients are in good harmony with each other.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- Arugula – 50 gr.
- Apricots – 5-6 pcs.
- Brie or Camembert cheese – 50 gr.
- Walnuts – a handful
- Honey – 2 tsp
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
- Narsharab pomegranate sauce – 2 tbsp
- Smoked paprika – pinch
- Ground black pepper – a pinch
Cooking process
1 Wash apricots, remove the pit from them and divide into two halves. Lubricate each half with honey. Fry on an electric grill for 8-10 minutes. Alternatively, you can fry them in a pan for 4-5 minutes on each side. Apricots become more tender and slightly caramelized.
Collect honey, which remained after frying apricots. Mix it with vegetable oil, Narsharab pomegranate sauce and smoked paprika. It turns out an original dressing for our salad.
2 Wash and dry arugula. Cut the brie (or camembert) cheese into cubes. Walnuts can be broken into medium-sized pieces.
3 Put all the prepared ingredients on a plate. Pour the prepared dressing on top. Pepper at will and taste.
It seems to me that such a bright Apricots salad with Brie cheese will decorate any table.
