Yogurt salad dressing with herbs, garlic and lemon juice – light, aromatic and very fresh. This dressing goes well not only with salads, but also with grilled vegetables. It can also be served as a snack with chopped vegetables. As a sauce for fish, it also seems to me well suited.
Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt – 3/4 cup
- Extra virgin olive oil – 1/4 cup
- Lemon – 1 pc.
- Parsley leaves – 15 gr.
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Salt to taste
Cooking process
Wash the lemon and parsley thoroughly. Peel the garlic. Rub the zest from one lemon on a fine grater.
Put parsley, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil in a blender bowl. Pour the juice from half a lemon. Whisk.
Combine the resulting mass with Greek yogurt and mix everything well. Salt and pepper to taste.
In just a couple of minutes, a delicious yogurt salad dressing is ready. You can season it with any salad made from fresh vegetables and herbs. Or just dip chopped fresh or baked vegetables into it.
