Delicate baked pork ribs with barbecue sauce are incredibly tasty. They take a long time to prepare, but the result is definitely worth it.
Ingredients:
- Pork ribs – 1 kg.
- BBQ sauce – 6 tbsp
- Smoked paprika – 1 tsp
- Dried garlic – 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
- Salt – 1 tbsp the spoon
- Ground black pepper – a pinch
Cooking process
1 For this dish is best to choose a more meaty ribs.
The first step is to cut off excess fat from the ribs. You can also remove the membrane – a thin translucent film from the inside of the ribs. This is done so that this film does not interfere with the penetration of aromas from spices.
Sprinkle the ribs with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and dried garlic. We rub everything carefully into the surface of the ribs.
Grease the ribs on all sides with barbecue sauce and a spoonful of vegetable oil. The recipe for barbecue sauce can be viewed here https://takajaeda.com/en/recipes-en/jack-daniels-bbq-sauce/. If you don’t have time to make the sauce, then you can replace it with store-bought barbecue sauce or regular ketchup. But I still recommend making a homemade barbecue sauce. Its taste and aroma cannot be compared with store counterparts.
2 Next, put the prepared ribs in a zip-lock bag and send to marinate in the refrigerator. We marinate them for at least 3 hours. But it’s even better if you leave the ribs in the refrigerator overnight.
3 Pack the pickled ribs in several layers of foil or put them in a baking sleeve. We bake them in the oven at 140 degrees for 3 hours.
15 minutes before the end of cooking, increase the temperature in the oven to 200 degrees. Open the foil, grease the ribs on top with barbecue sauce again. It is convenient to do this with a culinary brush. Turn on the grill mode and brown the ribs.
Pork ribs with barbecue sauce cooked in this way are simply the most tender. And thanks to the sauce, they are not only tender, but also with such a rich deep aroma and taste.
