Bruschetta with sun-dried tomatoes and cream cheese

Bruschetta with sun-dried tomatoes, whipped cream cheese and pumpkin seeds is a delicious and quick snack. This bruschetta is good not only as an appetizer or snack. This is a great breakfast option.

Ingredients:

  • Ciabatta (or French baguette)
  • Whipped cream cheese
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Olive oil

Cooking process

1 Cut the ciabatta into 1-1.5 cm thick slices. Toast the bread in a dry pan or grill or toaster. The ciabatta should be crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

2 Fry the pumpkin seeds in a dry frying pan for a few minutes.

3 Spread the cream cheese on a piece of ciabatta. Put sun-dried tomatoes on top and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. If desired, bruschetta can still be dripped with olive oil.
