Grilled mushrooms

Grilled mushrooms, in my opinion, a good addition to any kebab. I also add them to hot sandwiches or any egg dishes I cook in nature. You can serve them and as quite an independent dish.

Ingredients:

  • Champignons – 500 grams.
  • Onion – half bulb
  • Garlic – 5-6 cloves
  • Dill – a few sprigs
  • Soy sauce – 70 ml.
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml.

Preparatory stage at home

Mushrooms should be marinated in advance. So do it at least a few hours before they are baked on the grill.

First of all, thoroughly wash and dry mushrooms.

Then prepare the marinade. Mix the soy sauce with finely chopped onion and dill. Add to it squeezed through a press garlic. Pour the mixture into mushrooms. Add vegetable oil there as well. All thoroughly mix. The mushrooms should be completely covered with marinade. Send them to marinate in the refrigerator.

The main stage of preparation

When our mushrooms are already well-prepared, you can start cooking them.

You can bake mushrooms on a grill, rinsing them on skewers. Or you can bake them on the grill grate. I do both. The result in both cases is equally good.

Bake mushrooms in the open heat of coals. Depending on the heat, it may take 5 to 10 minutes for the mushrooms to be fully prepared. Be sure to periodically turn over the skewers during baking. Ready mushrooms should be well browned.

Grilled mushrooms on this recipe are very juicy and fragrant.
